Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years of experience in real estate or business personal property taxation within a property tax environment.
• Experience with property tax management systems such as ONESOURCE or Property Point.

Responsibilities

• Support tax administration across Hillwood’s portfolio and ensure compliance filings.
• Provide valuation support, tax estimates, and market research for Hillwood units.
• Prepare recurring property tax reports and maintain data records.
