Job summary

Tax Advisors Group (TAG) seeks a Property Tax Analyst to keep deadlines, data, and documents organized within our Compliance service line. You’ll support consultants, manage protest and ARB hearing calendars, and liaise with assessing authorities to ensure timely, accurate tax filings.

The role calls for diligence, strong communication, and teamwork in a hybrid Dallas-area setting, with two days in office and three remote weekly. You’ll join a growing firm with a client-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant property tax experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and entry of data and documents for the property tax cycle.
• Review client data files and request missing data for return preparation.
• Communicate with assessing/taxing authorities and track deadlines.
• Support concordant systems to reflect scope of work per client location.
• Assist with rendition printing, ARB packages and deliverables as needed.
• Review inbound mail for critical deadlines and notify consultants.
• Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
