Job summary

Hillwood in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Property Tax Analyst to support real estate and business personal property tax activities across a diverse portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Ad Valorem Tax and will assist with compliance, valuation analysis, reporting, and data management for ~3,400 parcels annually.

The position offers a collaborative team environment with opportunities to develop expertise in property taxation within a growing real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years of experience in real estate and/or business personal property taxation.
• Experience with property tax management systems such as ONESOURCE, Property Point, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of property tax processes including tax estimation, return preparation, filings and payment administration.
• Support real and personal property tax obligations across Hillwood’s portfolio.
• Assist in reporting, valuation support, and data management for property tax.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on tax matters.
