Job summary

Hillwood Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Development Analyst to join our AllianceTexas team in North Fort Worth, Texas. You will support development, underwriting, pre-development, land development, and operating activities across real estate and industrial projects.

The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, and provide strategic analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5+ years in engineering, finance, industrial or land development, energy, transportation, or related fields.
• Experience with municipal processes and regulatory approvals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for development opportunities.
• Lead due diligence and market analysis for projects in Texas.
• Support all phases of development including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
