Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• MBA preferred with demonstrated work skills.
• 3–5 years’ administrative or customer support experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and large data set handling.
• Experience with SharePoint/Power BI/Yardi or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Property Tax Department databases and related docs.
• Coordinate tax notices, assessments, appeals, hearing schedules, and filing.
• Monitor deadlines and milestones; support data-driven reporting and dashboards.
• Assist AI initiatives by preparing and structuring data for automation.
• Audit vendor invoices and manage service provider contracts.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Asset Management, Legal, IT, and Property Management.
• Provide executive support including expense reporting and calendar coordination.
