Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Coordinator, Property Tax in Denver, CO. You will manage data, support AI-driven initiatives, and coordinate tax appeal activities while ensuring timely operational deliverables across a growing portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Property Tax Reporting, you will maintain critical databases, prepare executive-ready presentations, and collaborate with Accounting, Asset Management, Legal, IT, and Property Management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• MBA with demonstrated work skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer Property Tax databases with data integrity.
• Coordinate receipt, tracking, filing of property tax notices, assessments, appeals, hearing schedules, and related docs.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate upcoming deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist with document collection and submission for taxing authority requests.
• Develop standardized procedures, templates, and operating docs for department processes.
