Qualifications

• > Associates degree or equivalent with real estate work experience.
• > Experience in analyzing real estate sales data and tax records.
• > Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• > Knowledge of real estate law and GIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review permits, listings, and documents to route work to real estate appraisers.
• Review real estate sales data using databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist the public by telephone, email, and in person; explain appraisal procedures.
• Assist in managing real estate tax value appeals and hearings preparation.
• Serve as primary contact for real estate tax records.
