Job summary

Greystar seeks a Part-Time Social Media Content Specialist in Austin to capture property moments and craft engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You will shoot on-site and edit videos to align with platform trends and brand style.

You should have 1–3 years in social media content creation, a strong video portfolio, and proficiency with CapCut or Adobe Premiere. This role involves 50% travel and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video work demonstrating social content creation.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to capture photo/video content as primary on-site shooter.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to schedule shoots and secure access.
• Shoot and edit compelling short-form video content for Reels/TikTok.
• Edit end-to-end using CapCut/Adobe Premiere with music and overlays.
• Maintain visual identity across platforms with consistent color grading.
• Upload content to appropriate platforms and track hours/mileage.
