Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance for our apartment building in Hibbing, MN. You will maintain a clean and safe environment and perform minor repairs, turnovers, and routine maintenance to ensure quality housing.

The role requires independent work, reliable communication, and availability Monday through Friday during the daytime, with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, life insurance, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals.
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers.
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks.
• Implement required unit and building inspections.
• Perform routine errands.
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work.
