The role includes cash handling, bank deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments, including reminder and collection calls when needed. Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.

• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
