Public Storage is looking for a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations with a mix of indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs, recommend packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready for rent through regular inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payment reminders, and collections when needed, while maintaining curb appeal and daily maintenance to support occupancy.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
