Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and meet financial and leasing goals. You will conduct inspections, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure policy compliance across the property.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, maintaining resident relations, executing a retention program, and implementing marketing concepts while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff including schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are followed and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with discretion and timely reporting.
• Manage administrative duties and required reporting.
• Develop and maintain a resident retention program and marketing concepts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, or vendors.
