Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, staff supervision, and resource management to hit financial and budgetary goals. The role emphasizes leasing, resident relations, and adherence to AMC policies.

You will supervise maintenance coordination, conduct inspections, interview hires, and drive retention campaigns while ensuring OSHA and Fair Housing compliance. The position offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules and duties.
• Interview and hire all property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with proper sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests or concerns with good judgment.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including reporting.
• Implement and maintain a resident retention program and social activities.
• Design/maintain a marketing and advertising concept for staff to implement.
• Ensure property OSHA and Fair Housing compliance.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, or vendors.
