• Must have prior director-level security experience.
• Experience in law enforcement and supervisory roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and security monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement security plans for short and long-term issues.
• Directly manage all security team members, coaching and discipline as necessary.
• Lead investigations into security concerns within the company.
• Act as liaison between law enforcement, government agencies, and security department.
• Document and log officer and client complaints and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely fashion and coordinate safety measures.
