Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Salem, OR seeks a hands-on team member to help customers recover after water, fire, or mold damage. No experience required; paid training and certifications are provided to build a real career, not just a job.

This full-time role involves fieldwork, physical tasks, and customer interaction. You’ll learn on-site procedures, support drying and cleanup, and help keep job sites safe and organized while growing with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and ready to work.
• Willing to learn new skills; training provided.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs.
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up.
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how).
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations.
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
