Job summary

Oconee County’s Assessor’s Office is seeking a customer-focused records specialist to be the first point of contact for property inquiries and to assist with appeals and changes to real property records. You will help customers in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with applicable laws.

The role involves maintaining parcel information, reviewing applications, accepting payments for maps and prints, and collaborating with other offices to serve the public
