Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes transfer of property cards for parcels within the County.
• Records ownership names and sale prices in documentation.
• Process Homestead Exemptions & General Homestead Exemptions; prepare applications and determine eligibility.
• Assist taxpayers with questions and provide information at front desk or over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of exemption entitlement and respond to inquiries.
