Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• 1–2 years in field-based or inspection work preferred.
• Valid Georgia driver's license required.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee refurbishment, cleaning, and inspection of homes between move-outs and move-ins to meet standards.
• Inspect key elements (landscaping, punch lists, keys, garage openers) for readiness.
• Document defects and generate POs in Buildertrend for timely maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff; attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with verifying homes are vacant and report any suspicious activity if needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
