Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Home Inspector or formal Training course in Home Inspection.
• Valid Georgia driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate attics and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential home inspections throughout the Atlanta metro area.
• Draft reports on findings and transmit via email.
• Interact with clients, real estate brokers, and homeowners.
