Job summary

FirstService Residential in California seeks a Project Operations Coordinator for SAMLARC community oversight. You will coordinate multiple reserve, operating, and capital projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.

The role demands onsite inspections, contract management, and collaboration with contractors, residents, and the Board to meet community goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of construction and/or project management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bidding, oversee, and complete assigned SAMLARC reserve and operations projects.
• Develop and evaluate protocols and procedures for team operations.
• Negotiate, prepare, implement, and administer service contracts and RFPs.
