Job summary

Citizens Bank in Johnston, Rhode Island seeks a Property Project Manager – Learning and Development Specialist within Real Estate Operations. You will partner with the Projects team to update systems, gather data, and develop training programs that align with business goals and community needs.

As SME, you will onboard colleagues, provide systems training (Lucernex, Famis 360, Ariba), monitor training effectiveness, and generate regular reports to REO leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related work experience (preferred).
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to travel for on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data and identifying automation opportunities.
• Developing training programs and learning roadmaps for Real Estate Operations.
• Onboarding, systems training, and SME support for the Projects team.
• Updating and maintaining training-related materials and reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Training managers and staff, and measuring training impact.
