Job summary

Collier County seeks a Management Analyst II to lead Portfolio & Property Operations within Real Property Management. You will supervise staff, set priorities, and coordinate property and lease administration with attention to compliance and timely reporting.

Under the Real Property Manager, you will oversee rent invoicing, collections, agreement renewals, and related analytics while improving processes and reporting for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead section operations: plan, prioritize, coordinate Portfolio & Property Operations activities; assign responsibilities and monitor deadlines.
• Supervise and develop staff: provide direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback; ensure accuracy and cross-training.
• Oversee property and lease administration: coordinate landlord/tenant matters, renewals, invoicing, collections, and compliance with guidance from Real Property Manager and County Attorney’s Office.
• Maintain operational visibility: oversee property records, assignment tracking, and status reports; monitor deadlines and progress.
• Improve business processes: develop procedures, templates, checklists, workflows and performance standards.
• Analyze financial and operational performance: evaluate revenues, expenses, workload, service trends; suggest cost improvements and budgets.
• Coordinate property-related due diligence: appraisals, environmental reviews, title work, financial analyses; integrate findings into actions.
• Prepare decision-ready materials: develop reports, summaries, presentations for Board; explain impacts and recommendations.
• Coordinate service and issue resolution: work with divisions, tenants, owners, and partners to address matters.
• Oversee consultants and contractors: monitor scope, schedules, deliverables, performance.
• Support planning and special initiatives: assist in strategic planning and cross-department projects.
• Maintain quality and compliance: support audits and program evaluations; ensure policy adherence.
