Job summary

RESICAP is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a market of homes and lead a small team. You will manage daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy and financial performance in a dynamic market.

The role requires a real estate license, a bachelor’s degree in business management, and strong leadership with a focus on compliance and process improvement. Atlanta-based position with remote field responsibilities and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar field required.
• Active real estate license in the state of placement is required.
• Must have proven track record of maximizing occupancy and reducing delinquency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property and team management functions in a designated market.
• Lead and develop 1–5 direct/indirect reports and ensure goals are met.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and address escalated issues and maintenance concerns.
• Maximize revenue and control operating expenses while tracking market rents and demographics.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, FCRA, ADA and other laws.
