Job summary

ResiHome, the property management division of RESICAP, is seeking a field-based Property Manager in the Atlanta, GA area. You will oversee property and team management functions in a designated market and build lasting relationships with Residents to ensure excellent service from day one.

In this role, you will handle resident issues, maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and drive renewals while adhering to Fair Housing, FCRA and ADA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in Property Management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Team player with reliability and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property and team management functions in a designated market.
• Interact with Residents in the early stages to ensure first-class service.
• Handle resident issues/concerns, including maintenance requests.
• Maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and achieve financial goals for homes.
• Resolve past-due balances and drive renewals and rent escalations.
• Follow Fair Housing, FCRA, ADA, and related laws; ensure compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service during move-in/move-out; respond promptly.
• Coordinate with the compliance team on HOA/Code enforcement communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
