Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• Experience with lease administration and CAM reconciliations.
• Proficient in property management software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Property Management staff and oversee property assets.
• Oversee lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and conduct property inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; monitor variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with accounting and third‑party owners for accurate reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
