Placements24 is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets in Upington, Northern Cape. The hybrid role combines on-site property management with remote planning and reporting.

You will optimize performance, manage leases, and lead tenant relations while coordinating budgets and capital improvements to maximize value for stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in property management or portfolio management.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations relevant to the Upington area.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate investment and management group, is seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in the Upington, Northern Cape region. This key role involves managing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of residential and commercial assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining properties to the highest standards. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, balancing on-site property management duties in Upington, Northern Cape with essential administrative and strategic planning performed remotely or from a local office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and rent collection for the assigned portfolio.
