The role requires a degree in Finance/Economics/Property Studies, 5+ years in financial advisory or real estate analysis, and strong planning skills. Travel within the region and proficiency in planning software are expected.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, NQF Level 5/6 in Wealth Management) are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment management, or real estate investment analysis.
• Proven expertise in property investment strategies and market analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles and investment vehicles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Eastern Cape property market, with specific insights into Queenstown, is a significant asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
