Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years accounting experience in real estate or property management.
• Knowledge of property accounting standards.
• Experience with AP/AR and GL reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Monitor cash balances and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Calculate CAM and percentage rent per lease terms.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support year-end closing and audits.
• Coordinate AP/AR and tenant billings.
