Job summary

CCI is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain clean facilities across our properties. You will perform groundskeeping, interior and exterior cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks with potential landscaping duties. Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience is helpful, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
