CCI is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, and ensure interior and exterior areas meet high standards, with potential landscaping tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience is helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Clean offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Empty trash daily and dispose of trash properly.
• Assist maintenance team, including painting and work orders.
