Job summary

CCI is seeking a Porter to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming property at Mount Pleasant Place in Mount Pleasant, WI. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, light maintenance help, and basic grounds upkeep.

The role supports a senior housing mission with service to residents and a long‑term career focus. Ideal candidates bring housekeeping and basic maintenance experience, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable computer skills.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Minor maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans daily and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
