Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter for our Fort Worth, TX community to sustain cleanliness and quality. You will clean designated areas and deliver courteous customer service while supporting daily property operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, maintaining grounds and units, removing debris, and scheduling pool/equipment upkeep. Requires 1 year Porter experience, valid driver's license, and basic maintenance knowledge.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
