Job summary

Embrey is seeking a dedicated Porter for Collection Champions Circle in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the property's cleanliness and overall appearance by cleaning assigned areas, assisting residents and providing exceptional customer service to our community.

You will inspect and maintain the property, ensure grounds and units are safe and attractive, and support routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
