The Tipton Group is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter to help maintain a clean, welcoming apartment community for residents, prospects, and guests. This hands-on role offers outdoor work, team collaboration, and opportunities for growth within the property team.

Responsibilities include property walks, debris pickup, exterior cleaning, custodial duties, light landscaping, and assisting with the leasing office. Pre-employment screening applies; EOE.

Responsabilités

• Walk the property and maintain the overall appearance of the community.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the grounds.
• Keep sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, and building exteriors clean.
• Perform routine custodial duties around the property.
• Assist with light landscaping and general grounds upkeep.
• Help maintain the leasing office and surrounding areas.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks and special projects as needed.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

What You’ll Do
