Job summary

VentureTech Solutions seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties in Florida. You will manage tenants, maintenance, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate inspections, rent collection, lease enforcement, and vendor management, communicating with owners and tenants to maintain strong relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
• CPM certification or similar.
• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Ability to handle multiple properties simultaneously.
• Weekend and evening availability if required.
• Knowledge of local property regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Market properties and attract new tenants.
• Conduct tenant screening and background checks.
• Prepare and manage budgets for property operations.
• Negotiate and enforce lease agreements.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, and leases.
• Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Handle eviction procedures when necessary.
• Report to property owners on the status of properties.
• Approve expenditures and maintain financial records.
• Oversee and manage property staff.
• Address emergency situations promptly.
