• Experience with property operations and tenant inquiries.
• Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC programs.

• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the property(ies) including administrative duties and coordinating maintenance.
• Maintain communication with regulatory authorities and property owners under supervision.
• Assist in tracking accounts payable/receivable and payroll submissions.
