Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager I to support day-to-day operations of apartment communities up to 150 units across up to 4 properties. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance, and communicate with HUD and LIHTC programs under the guidance of the Regional Portfolio Leader.

The role focuses on financial administration, reporting, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations while delivering quality resident services.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, especially affordable/HUD or LIHTC housing preferred.
• Able to manage 1–4 communities with up to 150 units.
• Familiarity with HUD, LIHTC rules and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day property operations including tenant inquiries and maintenance coordination.
• Track accounts payable/receivable and billing procedures.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports.
