Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for an experienced property operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations in New York. Responsibilities include engaging vendors, processing communications, and managing accounts. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of luxury customer service experience.

Offering a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000, employees are eligible for bonuses and other comprehensive benefits like health care, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property operations and luxury customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of day-to-day building operations.
• Engage third-party vendors and suppliers for appropriate services.
• Prepare and process written communications, such as memos and letters.
• Collect and post all resident rent payments and manage accounts receivables.
