Job summary

The Oaks at Thousand Oaks is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily property operations, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will coordinate engineering, housekeeping, security, and tenant activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained property operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in facilities/property operations with supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and facilities systems.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in facilities or property operations with progressive responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory or operational coordination roles.
• Certification such as PMP/FMP/CFM/CRM or an Associate degree required.
• Experience with vendors, contracts, invoices, procurement, and admin docs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations in day-to-day property operations coordination.
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor activities, scheduling and records.
• Manage property access for vendors, contractors, tenants, and others.
• Draft/procure contracts; track renewals and expirations.
• Review invoices and assist budget tracking and reporting.
