Job summary

RP Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 91-unit HUD property in Telford, PA. You will supervise office and maintenance staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with HUD rules and tenant selection plans.

Responsibilities include staff performance reviews, recruiting, scheduling, maintaining tenant and vendor files, processing certifications, rent changes, and preparing annual budgets, inspections, and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HUD or Section 8 properties.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to implement policies, procedures and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 91-unit HUD property.
• Supervise office and maintenance staff and conduct annual reviews.
• Participate in hiring and employee onboarding and interviews.
• Maintain tenant, vendor and accounting files with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HUD rules, tenant selection and certifications.
• Prepare and monitor payroll, budgets and reports.
