RP Management Inc is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 91-unit HUD property in Souderton, PA. You will supervise office and maintenance staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with HUD rules and Fair Housing laws.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget input, vendor coordination, tenant screening, rent processing, and reporting for NSPIRE/MOR inspections. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and supervising office and maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of HUD rules, Tenant Selection Plan, and Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and vendor/contractor files.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 91-unit property.
• Supervise office and maintenance staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Lead staff hiring, advertising, and interviewing activities.
• Maintain regular office hours and ensure coverage on weekends/holidays.
• Manage tenant files, applications, and screening per policy.
• Oversee work orders, tenant notifications, and rent changes.
• Prepare payroll timesheets and approve property expenditures.
• Assist in NSPIRE and MOR inspections.
