We see this suiting an experienced Property Manager who has spent meaningful time in Class A commercial office and is comfortable taking real ownership of an asset, both operationally and financially.

You’ll be joining an established commercial real estate organization and taking responsibility for the management and day-to-day operation of a major Class A office property. This is a hands-on Property Manager position, working closely with onsite engineering and building teams while also acting as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

The role has broad responsibility across property operations, budgeting and financial reporting, tenant relations, vendor and service contract management, building projects, life safety, and overall asset performance. You’ll be expected to understand what is happening throughout the property, identify issues before they become problems, and ensure the building continues to operate at the level expected of a high-quality institutional asset.

You will also be involved in capital and building improvement projects, lease-related matters, procurement, operating expenses, and the ongoing development of the onsite team, so you’ll be genuinely involved across all aspects of the property rather than operating within one narrow area.
