Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Las Vegas to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead a team, drive budgeted financial and operational goals, ensure compliance with laws, and manage leasing, enforcement, and resident relations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, revenue targets, vendor management, and frontline supervision in a fast-paced environment. Onsite responsibilities include maintaining property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent, and preparing monthly reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communication between vendor, accounting, and owner.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and coordinating maintenance.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
