Job summary

NWA Daily LLC in Bentonville, AR seeks a Property Manager to oversee property operations and leasing activities. The role reports to the Director of Property Management, balancing maintenance, budget adherence, and tenant relations to ensure excellent community conditions.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff and contractors, handling rent collection and notices, processing move-ins/outs, and managing wait-lists and leases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of on-site property management experience as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Community Manager, or Property Manager.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a customer service-related field may be considered in lieu of direct property management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs, including HUD, HOME, Rural Development (RD), LIHTC, or other federally assisted housing programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and maintenance with in-house staff and contractors to meet budget and occupancy goals.
• Assist with collecting and tracking rent payments and notices, and enforce resident policies.
• Assist with tenant move-in/move-out: inspections, damage charges, and scheduling repairs.
• Oversee unit inspections and recertification reminders and packets.
• Serve as first point of contact for tenants and prospects; answer inquiries and coordinate leases.
• Enter resident work orders and manage wait-list for all properties.
