Qualifications

• Active real estate license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Company Vision and Values.
• Assists in maintenance programs for interior/exterior property conditions and appearance to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Manages onsite staff, including Assistant Manager and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintains budget parameters and reviews/rebids expenditures.
• Participates in selecting contract services and negotiates vendor agreements.
• Works with staff to set and attain performance and development goals.
• Addresses issues to minimize unsatisfactory performance and disruptions.
• Assists Leasing Agent and Building Engineer with tenant build-out and cost tracking.
• Performs annual lease audits and monthly property inspections; maintains COIs.
• Invoices and ensures collection of rent and other receivables.
• Maintains tenant amenities and develops tenant relationship-building ideas.
• Maintains community relations by participating in related organizations.
• Other duties as required.
