Avita Property Management LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations under the Property Manager. The role focuses on lease processing, showings, move-ins/outs, and maintaining resident files to ensure cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Job starts at $25/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:50am–6:30pm; weekends off). The position includes benefits and opportunities for promotion within the property team.

Qualificações

• No less than 1 year of leasing experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and regulations related to the multifamily industry.
• Basic accounting skills including commissions, percentages, and discounts.
• Strong supervisory, customer service, and sales background preferred.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, communication skills, attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen, and have a valid Driver's License without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents and assure proper lease renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs; maintain resident files per company policy.
• Post rent and prepare bank deposits as needed; ensure daily deposits.
• Initiate lease renewal process and assist PM with reports.
• Assist with eviction processes in compliance with court orders and guidance from attorneys.
