Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Atlanta, GA to support leasing, rent collection, and daily property operations. You will help motivate Leasing Consultants, review applications, and ensure compliance with community guidelines while coordinating with the Property Manager.

The role requires strong computer, negotiation, and leadership skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications and verify income against qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies, documents, and uploads are complete.
• Ensure residents are billed accurately and schedules are maintained.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding of bills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and weekend coverage as needed.
• Support property manager in achieving occupancy and leasing goals.
