Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and meet financial and leasing goals. The role involves inspections, coordinating with maintenance, staff scheduling, and ensuring AMC policies are followed.

Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident relations, reports, and implementing retention and marketing initiatives while ensuring OSHA and Fair Housing compliance. Strong judgment and detail focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
• Knowledge in Fair Housing

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance
• Supervise staff and schedule duties
• Interview and hire property employees
• Ensure policies are upheld and reported
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques
• Handle resident requests and concerns
• Maintain required reporting and records
• Design and maintain a resident retention program
• Develop and implement property marketing and advertising concepts
