Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and drive leasing and resident satisfaction in line with budgetary goals. The role includes hiring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise staff scheduling, delegation, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure compliance with AMC policies, OSHA and fair housing guidelines.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques and resident relations.
• Coordinate with maintenance for inspections and repairs.
