Qualifications

• 4–6 years of property management experience or equivalent.

• Detail-oriented and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and budgeting to achieve financial goals.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, renewal processes, and tenant relations.
• Supervise staff; hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, inspections, and compliance with policies.
